Cristina fonseca

Cristina Fonseca is an entrepreneur, investor, and board member. She co-founded Talkdesk in 2011, the first cloud-native Call Center solution, which raised $500M. Cristina is a founding partner at Indico Capital Partners, a leading venture capital firm in Portugal focused on technology and ocean-related investments. Indico has €217M under management and €92M deployed since 2019. She also co-founded Cleverly.ai, an AI automation startup acquired by Zendesk in 2021, where she now leads AI strategy.

Cristina was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2021 and serves on several boards, including Galp and the University of Lisbon. She holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications from Instituto Superior Técnico.
